I have alternated between candy and sucking on little lemon wedges. I did find one. Sugar-free sour tangerine hard candy drops on Etsy.com. I walk over 10k steps 3 times a week and do yoga twice a week. But still I continue to gain weight even though I follow a healthy diet.
