Your input would be appreciated. Anyhow, I had two failures to feed and the bullets were stuck in the magazine in a stove-piping position. I don't recall if I noticed this when attempting to clear the jam or if I noticed it upon removing the magazine.

WebHollow-point defensive ammo has a truncated cone or flat nose profile. The first 2 or 3 rounds out of the magazine would get jammed between the slide breech face and the feed ramp. Tapping the bottom of the slide would cause the round to feed, but this could be deadly in a defensive situation. WebOct 7, 2024 · I got my TX22 a few months ago and had issues immediately. Lots of stove pipes and other jamming issues. I returned it for service in spite of the ominous "might be up to 12 weeks" warning. I was dubious but no other option, really. Turn around time was 10 days. Pretty good! Barrel was replaced.
