Webb22 feb. 2024 · I'm pretty disappointed in Humax to be honest, to have 2 boxes fail in 4 years does smack of unreliability and were it not for the Richer Sounds extended warranty i'd be £500 out of pocket. If Richer Sounds agree to replace this one does anyone know if newer units are more reliable or are Humax shipping the same old boxes?
