WebI have started to get intermittently thin stools (finger size). I will go a few days with normal stools then have a few days with long thin stools. Sometimes I will have a bowel movement consisting of a normal size and length stool with a long thin stool at the end. From what I have read, thin stools could be a symptom of colon cancer.
