WebEdit: ok I just checked Cadence and it does take into account that it only triggers every 3 attacks, you can take your ( (average cadence hit + (average weapon hit * 2)) / 3) * (attack speed * ( 1 - 0.2)) and it should be similar to the dps value that cadence shows.
