WebA trust account established during the sale of a business and held by a third-party (usually a bank). Typically represents 10–15% of the purchase price with a term of 12–24 months. Established to protect the buyer of a business from the sellers’ breach of representations and warranties or covenants of a business sale. WebThe following is a list of key terms and definitions.
