WebMy greatest fear is that this is an indication of a rotator cuff tear which might mean I'll never be able to sleep on my left side without pain again. But from my research online I can't imagine what else the problem could be besides rotator cuff. I'd prefer not to do surgery since my situation isn't too severe. It's just a pain in the ass.
