WebMobility is accurate. I wouldn't go past 50 on warlock or titan due to skating. That being said high mobility helps during combat. 50 is perfect for those 2 classes. Intellect is a tricky one. Going from 2 to 3 is 45 seconds off. 3 to 4 is only 15. It drops very quickly. I would say 5 minimum, 8 absolute max unless you are running chaos.
