Capsaicin is recommended as a reasonable first-line treatment approach for CHS despite limited clinical evidence regarding its use. Effectively the cause of your chronic nausea and vomiting doesn't originate in the Gl tract, just produces symptoms there. Two common causes of chronic nausea and vomiting are cyclic vomiting syndrome and cannabis hyperemesis syndrome.
