It starts and runs great, idles down nice, good vaccum, a very small lope during idle. My question is will this cam provide some HP gains over the stock cam?

I also have a cam card from about 1984 for a small block grind that did list a HT cam: HT-284-2-NC. Hopefully, someone else can go back a few more years.
