WebSep 4, 2010 · I have clogged hair follicles on my arms, upper back, chest and breasts. I always thought this was acne, they kind of look like blackheads but I have literally hundreds of them! I am african american so when i pick at them it leaves black spots. Is there anything I can do to unclog my hair follicles besides picking at them?
